Flavia Maria LakeI am a PhD Candidate and NSF graduate research fellow in geography at UCLA. I completed my BA at UC Berkeley in Political Economy and Development Studies.
My research interests lie between urban and economic geography, with my MA work focusing on Latinx immigrants' economic experiences across the United States. I am currently exploring how Brazilian immigrants shape the places where they live and form community through their entrepreneurial activities. |
